Life can feel like a nonstop juggling act, all while trying to figure out who you are and what you actually want. On top of that, so many of the struggles we face aren’t just personal; they’re shaped by larger systemic and societal forces. Therapy can’t fix a broken system, but it can help you navigate it with more clarity, self-compassion, and agency.

You don’t have to face these challenges alone, and things don’t have to be dire to seek help. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, interpersonal dynamics, inner emotional landscape, and intersectional identities shape who you are and how you navigate the world today. We’ll work together to untangle patterns, improve self-understanding, and find practical ways to create change. I balance deep reflection with actionable solutions so you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

I support fellow millennial and Gen Z clients navigating:

    • Phase of life issues and life transitions

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Interpersonal dynamics with family, partners, and friends

    • Developing or improving mind-body connection and learning to identify, express, and regulate emotions

    • Intergenerational trauma and acculturation stress

    • Identity exploration and self-esteem

    • Grief and loss

Adolescence can be an exciting yet stressful time as you navigate the whirlwind of physical, cognitive, and social-emotional transitions into adulthood. Maybe you don’t feel super comfortable talking about certain things with your family members, maybe you aren’t sure how your friends will react if you share certain things, or maybe you’re struggling to even make sense of or find the language to describe what you’re going through. Whatever it may be, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to listen or talk, free of judgment, when you’re ready.

    Relationship Therapy

The way we learn to stay safe and connected to our caregivers—how we express emotions, seek comfort, and get our needs met—often becomes a template for how we navigate relationships as adults, including how we expect to be treated, the meaning we assign to certain behaviors or situations, and how we behave and interact. In relationship therapy, we explore the deeper emotions and needs that drive the conflicts in your relationship. I help partners address:

    • Improving communication and conflict resolution

    • Identifying and breaking negative interaction patterns

    • Learning how to show up authentically and vulnerably and express needs and emotions that foster the strengthening of emotional and physical intimacy

    • Navigating differences in values, needs, or expectations

    • Healing attachment wounds and rebuilding trust

    • Coping with external stressors and managing life transitions

    Friendship Therapy

We often hear about the importance of family and romantic relationships, but our close friendships can be just as vital to our well-being, providing connection, support, and a sense of belonging. I believe these relationships are worth investing in, and I welcome the opportunity to support friends in strengthening or repairing their friendships by:

    • Navigating conflict and difficult conversations

    • Setting and respecting boundaries

    • Addressing imbalances in effort, emotional labor, or support

    • Understanding the influence of attachment styles and/or culture

    • Coping with jealousy, comparison, or shifting dynamics over time

    • Managing friendships across life transitions

    • Processing friendship breakups or drifting apart
